- WorkshopsOur die casting workshop is equipped with 4 sets of automatic cold chamber die casting machines (including 1 set of 180t machine, 2 sets of 288t machines and 1 set of 500t machine). This enables a high production efficiency, with an annual output of aluminum alloy die casting products of 10million pieces and 30000 tons.

- Quality ControlBefore the production, the die casting machines and molds are spot-checked, and the machine parameter are checked. During the die casting process, the first and last piece are inspected, and the die casting supervisor inspects the die casting parts every two hours.

And the locks have been sold to America, Russia, Canada, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Spain, German, etc. Besides, our independently developed push pull mortise locks have obtained over 10 national patents and passed SGS certification.
