Zhengshi Hardware has rich experience in producing hardware, thus we are able to manufacture products with complicated structure and high processing accuracy requirements. We also have over ten years of experience in lock export, and have been cooperating with WEST, a large Japanese door lock manufacturer, since 2008. With complete supporting manufacturing capacity, we can complete the whole processes of die casting, machining, surface treating, assembling and testing. In addition, we also have premium outsourcing resources, and have established a long-term stable relationship with outsourcing suppliers.

We will provide appropriate discounts to potential customers who actively help us to promote our products and to customers with consecutive and large orders.

Following the requirements of ISO9001:2015 quality management system, we carry out strict quality control during the whole production process, from the receiving of raw materials to the final delivery of products. During the production, there are first and last pieces inspection and in-process quality control. Assembly products have corresponding production date identification to ensure the traceability. Besides, our company has special test labs and 3-D coordinate measuring machine to perform comprehensive tests on the product performance and size. Only the qualified products will be packed for delivery.

The delivery for samples of existing lock sets is within 3-5 days, and it takes 35-40 days for customized products due to the mold production period.
