CNC equipment is adopted for machining to meet customers’ requirements on the size accuracy. With more than 10 years of experience in polishing, the skilled polishing staff has the capacity to satisfy the customers’ high requirements for the product surface. Surface treatment including electroplating, electrophoresis and spraying introduces Japanese advanced technology to ensure that the product surface of outstanding adhesion and corrosion resistance. All the tests are performed following Japanese JIS standards to guarantee customers’ diverse demands for the product surface.
