Our company regards the quality as the foundation of our business and takes strict control on quality in the whole production process.

• Before the production, the die casting machines and molds are spot-checked, and the machine parameter are checked. During the die casting process, the first and last piece are inspected, and the die casting supervisor inspects the die casting parts every two hours. When the die casting is finished, the blank is inspected and only the qualified one enters into the next production process.
• In the same way, before the machining, the machining machines and tooling are spot-checked. During the machining process, the first and last piece are inspected, and the machining monitor inspects the machined parts every two hours. When the machining is finished, it enters into the polishing process.
• The quality inspector will check the polished parts and the qualified pieces will undergo surface treatment process.
• After surface treatment, the products are tested in the test lab for surface performance, which follows Japanese JIS standards. Our lab equips hardness tester, salt spray test chamber, film thickness tester and glossmeter for 96-hour salt spray test, acid and alkali resistance test, adhesion test after water boiling, luster test, film thickness test, hardness test, etc.
• After passing the surface quality test, use 3-D coordinate measuring machine and other measuring tools for comprehensive size inspection.
• After assembly, the assembly operators perform final test of the product performance. Only the performance qualified products can be packaged for delivery.
