Our die casting workshop is equipped with 4 sets of automatic cold chamber die casting machines (including 1 set of 180t machine, 2 sets of 288t machines and 1 set of 500t machine). This enables a high production efficiency, with an annual output of aluminum alloy die casting products of 10million pieces and 30000 tons. Meanwhile, the die casting density and qualified rate are ensured.
Our company has 6 sets of high-performance CNC processing equipment and over 20 sets of common processing equipment. So, we can perform the processing of lathing, milling, drilling, tapping and other processes to meet customer demands for dimensional accuracy and surface roughness.
To ensure the consistency of surface roughness, the die castings should be grinded or polished. With more than 10 years of experience in polishing, the skilled polishing staff has the capacity to satisfy the customers’ high requirements for the product surface.
Surface treatment including electroplating, electrophoresis and spraying introduces Japanese advanced technology to ensure that the product surface of outstanding adhesion and corrosion resistance. The electroplating products all passed 96-hour salt spray test, acid and alkali resistance test, adhesion test after water boiling, which were highly recognized by customers. Moreover, all the tests are performed following Japanese JIS standards.
Our company has 2 assembly lines and the daily assembling efficiency of lock sets is more than 3000 sets. Before assembly each type of product, the assembly operators will be specially trained by the technician to be familiar with the assembling process.
